What I Wore in My Bridal Era

This season of life will always hold such a special place in my heart. From the moment we got engaged to the final dance at our wedding, every outfit I wore helped tell the story of this beautiful chapter. I wanted to share a sentimental look back at each moment—and the looks that made me feel confident, elegant, and truly me.

Theme & Vibe:
We wanted a classic, vintage, and timeless vibe, so I chose a look that reflected that. The location, lighting, and styling all came together beautifully.

Bridal Shower

What I Wore:

Beauty Notes:
For hair and makeup I went with (IG: @glam.bykellym). We opted for a natural, girly look with glowy pink-toned makeup. I parted my hair to the side and styled it with soft waves.

Vibe:
The theme was Italian summer, with deep blues and yellow (my favorite color). There were lemons everywhere and delicious Italian food at one of my favorite restaurants—Bugatti Bistro in Coral Gables, Florida. What made this place even more special is that my parents have brought me here since I was a little girl. The owners have watched me grow up. I even had lunch here with my mom the day I found my wedding dress. This day felt elegant and feminine. I chose a look that matched the energy—light, fresh, and fun!

Rehearsal Lunch

Hair/Makeup:
I had the pleasure of booking (IG: @JunkieBride) for my rehearsal hair and makeup. She is the queen of bridal hair, and I was so excited to work with her. I shared the look I wanted: half-up, half-down with lots of curls. It came out absolutely perfect! For makeup, we went with a natural, glowy look. I especially loved how the artist applied individual false lashes. I’m not a big fan of fake lashes, but she applied them in a way that looked glam yet very natural.

Styling Notes:
For the day before the wedding, I wanted to feel girly, glowy, and romantic. The dress stole the show with all the appliqué petals. My hair and makeup were on point, and everyone kept raving about it. This look was the perfect blend of whimsical and romantic.

After-Party Look:

The dresses of my dreams. Every detail—from the fabric to the silhouette—felt like a reflection of my style and heart. I wanted a vintage, classic, timeless look, and I felt these dresses captured that perfectly.
