No-Bake Oatmeal Protein Energy Balls

A quick and easy snack I’m obsessed with. These little bites are made with simple ingredients, no oven needed, and they’re perfect for meal prep or a grab-and-go snack.

Why I Love Them:

  • No baking required
  • Just a few pantry staples
  • Great source of protein
  • Easy to take on the go

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup natural nut butter (I use almond butter)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup mix-ins (chocolate chips, raisins, etc.)
  • 2–4 tbsp milk or water, as needed

How to Make:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add nut butter, honey, and vanilla. Stir to combine.
  3. Fold in mix-ins.
  4. Add liquid 1 tbsp at a time until the mixture holds together.
  5. Roll into small balls.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for later.

I make these every week—perfect for a quick bite before or after a workout, or just when I want something sweet and filling. Let me know if you try them!
