A quick and easy snack I’m obsessed with. These little bites are made with simple ingredients, no oven needed, and they’re perfect for meal prep or a grab-and-go snack.
Why I Love Them:
- No baking required
- Just a few pantry staples
- Great source of protein
- Easy to take on the go
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup natural nut butter (I use almond butter)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup mix-ins (chocolate chips, raisins, etc.)
- 2–4 tbsp milk or water, as needed
How to Make:
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add nut butter, honey, and vanilla. Stir to combine.
- Fold in mix-ins.
- Add liquid 1 tbsp at a time until the mixture holds together.
- Roll into small balls.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for later.
I make these every week—perfect for a quick bite before or after a workout, or just when I want something sweet and filling. Let me know if you try them!
